Saw all the high print quality reviews and said let's try it. What a disappointment. The print art for a T-shirt was originally black. Showed no issues when I uploaded. Printed fine with other vendors. So I ordered a sample here and all I can say is they should be shame for the piece of cloth they sent me with faded print that was supposed to be a quality t-shirt. I will definitely not used them ever. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be used with our first commercial. Back to the drawing board.

I have been using the Pixels Shopify app for a while now and it works very well. When a customer places an order the order is automatically forwarded to Pixels for fulfillment. This makes it very easy on my side. I am notified and I can monitor the status if needed. Setting up and creating products is also very easy. If you are looking for an app to help you build your store and add products through a dropship company you should check out this app from Pixels. The company is continuing to improve their product which in turn improves yours. This is a fantastic app and I am very pleased with it. I'm continually using this app to add more products to my store.

I have been with Pixels/Fine Art America for many years. I was very excited when they brought this app to Shopify. There are not a lot of good options for POD apps with Shopify. Pixels integration is the easiest thus far. There were quite a few bugs when they first released the beta version, but they have worked on fixing most of them. (I will change my rating to a 5 star once I feel confident that all the bugs are fixed). They also recently reduced the base pricing (as compared to what they charge on Pixels/Fine Art America) because they aren't doing as much for us artists on our own websites as they are on their websites. They offer a large variety of products and use archival inks for printing.

DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING!! These prices are ridiculous! A round beach towel is already $100 plus shipping on top!!??? You can buy the exact same towel on AliExpress for $15 with free shipping!!! I want to sell acrylic prints and the price including shipping is literally 4x more expensive than what I can get it else where.

This is not a drop shipping store.... its just a waste of time!

I am not sure what is going on with this app because they used to be GREAT. Now half the time orders aren't processed or for some reason aren't sent over? It is utterly frustrating and this app has cost me more money than it should. Also, their pricing for t-shirts is misleading and the actual cost is much higher so if you don't pay attention or think that your mark up is high enough, you may be actually losing money with each sale.

I've been with Pixels for about a year. Overall, they're a great company with excellent quality in terms of durability of the product, and the print job.
Pixels is extremely reliable and fast. Everything I've ever ordered has been shipped within 2 business days, and arrives within 3 days after that - much faster than the competition. On top of that, their CS always answers any of my questions within a matter of hours. If something is wrong, they go above and beyond to fix the problem.

Print Quality & Quality of the Materials:

The duvet cover was outstanding. The fabric was head and shoulders above a competitors. Soft, luxurious and gave you a feeling of quality. The print job on the duvet cover was also top notch. A home run on all accounts.

The plush fleece blanket was the softest blanket I've ever seen, with a great image. However, because the threads are longer than Sherpa fleece, there was a white underbelly underneath the print. The Sherpa fleece was great quality material, but the image was a bit too soft for my tastes.

The only really big downside that I can think of is the sizing of the prints. Any image you upload is automatically loaded onto many different products. While this can be convenient, it can also result in a loss of quality of print. To be fair, you have the option of deleting certain variations. But a 16 x 20 canvas print will need a different image size than say a 5 x 7. With Pixels, you can upload a print for a 5 x 7, then stretch that to fit a 16 x 20 - but that would result in a huge loss of quality.

The other downside is that their app doesn't really tell you if the image you've uploaded is the best quality for the particular product you've chosen. Even the best picture with the best Dpi may need to be resized depending on different apps' specifications. Most of the other apps I've tried will tell you if the image you've uploaded is a good or bad quality for their particular app. But the Pixels app won't.

Despite their flaws, they're still a great company to do business with.

Choose Pixels if you:

- Want to work with an application that hasn't been updated since 2013.
- Enjoy the idea of being forced to manage your products across three different websites instead of just your own.
- Prefer paying 250% more for shipping than you would with any competitor app.
- Don't care about being able to set the price of your products (could be $30 today, $90 tomorrow).
- Prefer working with a company that has only one rude and unhelpful support person, who makes it very clear that they don't care about your problems.

Don't be an idiot like me, thinking "Fine Art America, that means high-quality prints for my customers!". This app is trash.

Avoid like the plague.

The worst experience ever! I cancelled the last order, refunded customer & uninstalled their app, yet they keep trying to charge my card and email me hundreds of messages every day for 2 months now. I got over 1000 messages from Pixels with the title "Urgent - Shopify Order on Hold - Invalid Payment Method".
I am stuck. It’s a system glitch that Pixels need to fix. I can’t do anything on my end and support just stopped responding. I had to cancel my card, but I am not sure what to do about the email. I can’t change it because I have business cards printed with that email address. It’s an absolute nightmare!

A great App but, be very careful if you use this App for a UK based business if your Shopify store isn't enabled for international shipping. Not all of the products are fulfilled in the UK. Some products such as pillows and framed prints are only manufactured in the USA which means any of these purchases made from the UK can incur Import Duty.

It clearly states in their sales pitch that orders will be automatically fulfilled and despatched from the nearest depot to your buyer. This does not apply to all products. Check here to see which products ship from each world location.
