So far, so good! I just used this app to set up a sample request form in about 20 minutes. For a free app, this thing can do pretty much anything. I absolutely love the Mailchimp integration - exactly what I needed! I would love the functionality to be able to subscribe these users to a specific segment on my Mailchimp list. But, super happy with this app so far!
