I've only been using POPUP for literally a few minutes (seriously) but it's worked great for me. It's extremely easy & intuitive. I used to have an expensive account to do this same kind of thing on Leadpages...but POPUP is not nearly as pricey (in fact really affordable!) and gets exactly the same job done. So, far I really love it!

I am not very tech savvy but the support staff were great. I was unable to get my popup working (my fault/ tech difficulty) but they extended my plan so I can use it again for our next sale :)

Great app concept - terrible help assistance. When paying for a service one expects a level of help and assistance above a basic set of questions. Either an online chat facility or a simple email address or contact form would suffice. Its shouldn't be this hard to reach out to you that I have to eave a negative(ish) review in order to voice my frustrations regarding your product. When I click to post this review- it doesn't appear to work - so if you see this - please spend a little time to fix these pesky issues

I am new in creating Pop up! I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get what I needed with this app. The only downside is that you cannot chat with support but once you submit the ticket it gets answered right away! Irina, thank you for your help!

It is easy to use and have lots of features in the Free version. I really like this App. Requires less time to install it and setup.
