Does exactly what it says, can fully customise the pop up to fit in with your store theme would recommend

I installed this app and had issues from the get-go. Love their easy navigation and design options. But, it did not perform as designed.
I designed a "Discount" popup whereby a visitor would need to enter their email address to receive the discount code via email. A strategy I really want to implement to grow our email list and offer our customers savings.
We created a Welcome email to automatically send with the savings code for them. Upon testing the popup the customer doesn't receive the correct email. As a test customer, we kept getting the general email notifying us that "xyz@gmail" just subscribed. This is NOT what a customer is supposed to receive.
Their support FAQ wasn't very helpful. Their video regarding our issue is inconsistent with what is shown on the actual navigation menu.
I understand their Email Editor is in the Beta stages and bugs are probably being worked through. But, we don't have time to be a guinea pig. So, had to move onto another plug-in.

So sorry that you ran into this issue. We had a temporary issue related to customized emails. Our engineers have just pushed a fix, and you and your customers will now receive the fully customized and designed emails configured in the app.

I love this app. So easy to use and versatile and I like that it doesn't force you to have some weird logo. Would highly recommend!!!

I had big issues trying to install the app. Contacted support 4 days in a row, Shopify contacted them as well. No response. Finally, heard from them on the 5th day and she said she never heard from me and that I never had Shopify contact them. I do not believe her because as soon as I canceled the app, then she contacted me. I would not advise using this app. NO support for a paid app.

The platform is easy to edit, however, so far the app isn't working too well, it's not popping up on exit.
