We use this app to manage backorders and back in stock notifications. The support team is extremely helpful, specifically Helen, when it came to customizing the app to meet my company's needs.
We have been using this app for years and it worked perfectly well. They have recently done an update and it has completely failed us on multiple fronts at our busiest time of year. Overselling pre-order, disappearing notify button (loss of waitlist), changed settings that have impacted display and functionality, and a very confusing and unclear back-end.
This is the best pre-order app that we have ever used. It has all of the options that we need and works perfectly. We had some questions and a custom request and Rosie was able to do it in minutes. Highly recommend! Support is attentive and fast.
Really great experience with this app! The support team is super helpful, especially Rosie. She was with me from the start, helping me test everything in our mock store and even guiding me through the entire setup in our main store. I appreciate how patient and thorough she was. PreOrder Globo itself has so many useful options and makes things much easier for us. Overall, very happy with it. Thumbs up!
Been using this app now for five months, at first only the back in stock notifications. However, we were configuring our first presale product range release tonight and encountered a small issue with our theme. Connected with Helen via chat and within a couple of hours the problem was completely resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention, Helen. The app is easy to use and understand and it gives us greater confidence in the app when the team provide such great support.
Worked well for me setting up my pre-order for the holiday season. Will continue to use the app. Has lots of different customizations and not too difficult to learn how to set it up.
I had a problem with my preorder button when i was using the filters.
I contacted Globo and i got a super fast response!
This morning i got an email from Helen saying the problem was solved and if i could double check it. Everything works perfectly fine now!
Globo is a very easy app to use for stores like me that offer allot of preorders and i highly recommend it!
The free option is also a great way to start as a small business owner!

TERRIBLE since the update. We rely on this app a great deal, but since they did an update to the features it doesn't work at all. The feature that says, "Pre-Order" never shows up on our website. Take it back to the last format. It worked just fine. We'll be dropping this pre-order app for a different one.
The PreOrder Globo app is fairly easy to use and understand, making it simple to set up preorder functionality on our site. There can be occasional small issues with formatting or display, but their customer service team is excellent — quick to respond, very helpful, and always able to fix things in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a solid app with great support!
