I love this app for so many reasons! It's very intuitive and is exactly how I envisioned it working when I was daydreaming about what I needed to make my website more functional...even before I even an app like this existed.
There was one formatting change I approached the support team with to see if it was even doable (honestly, i wasn't very hopeful) but within the hour, they fixed it exactly the way I asked! Wow! Talk about great customer service!
I'm learning that you can create the most spectacular app on the planet but if your customers can't figure it out and you can't communicate with them about it then what good is it? With Globo you get the best of both worlds. A great app with excellent customer service.

P.S. This is my 2nd app Globo app. The Globo Product Options, Variant has been a godsend, too.
So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure.
The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout.
My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).
If I could give the team 10 stars I could!
Such a fantastic and powerful app that allows you to easily manage pre-orders. The app has improved and increased functionality heaps over time and is a really great price. They have pretty much everything you need. The support team are fantastic (thank you Sarah for helping with issues and helping me get the theme setup across multiple stores)!
My only wish is that the app could support displaying metafield information on the front end to help simplify the population of an ETA message via variant metafield as merchants with large catalogues may not be able to use the manual tools provided to manage this effectively. But as the team are always updating the app, I'm hopeful this is something that can be added over time!
We've been using this app for several months and love the features and options it provides. It's also extremely easy to use and setup. We had one small issue with the "pre-order" badge not showing on the product and emailed their support team. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed by their prompt and professional team! Incredible service. Thank you!
I cannot even begin to say how helpful and efficient this app has been for my website especially to Sarah Nguyen who assisted me all throughout!! I got loads of questions and they were able to get to the bottom of every single one of them. For someone who barely knows how to do coding, I'm so thankful I found this app. I also want to mention how quick and easy they get things done from the moment I raise a concern. Now, my website finally looks neat and functional thanks to these guys. Kudos, Sarah and Globo Team! Keep up the great work!!
The app provides almost whatever I want to have. We need to have pre-order with partial payment, balanace payment in one PO etc.
For some other tailor made changes, they fit most of my needs as well.
Supporting team is super helpful with precise solution. They really understand your requirements and your needs to make the shop better and better.

I don't usually leave reviews but after some great customer service the other day I thought I would. I'd been using the app for a while and it's great by the way. Anyway, I decided to install a new theme, as you do I had been playing around with the new theme for months to ensure everything was working but had neglected to check this app worked before publishing the new theme. It turned out something wasn't working but the support team went out of their way to fix the issue on a Saturday night which blew me away. Needless to say I would recommend the app and the service is great.
Great customer support to figure out a few little things, app is working great now!
Update. Had a few back and forth's to change up and make everything more efficient and was given all the help possible. Highly recommend the app and the team!

The app made all our pre order dreams come true. In the past we used to tag the order manually and kept track over stock limits and found work around with product badges plus an extra mail for the pre order.. Everything we wished for!
We had one small error on our page where the badge couldnt be displayed from the beginning but the customers support fixed it within one hour.

Really good service - I made updates to a listing but found they didn't go to live store. That was until I contacted support team, who investigated within a few hours - they advised that I need to "select live store" from within settings. Excellent all now working and I am happy.
