Great app. It does three functionalities: Pre Order, Coming Soon and Back in stock. It works great. There are no extra charges. Works much better than other Pre Order apps that does the same and are extremely expensive. Rosie from support helps a lot! Thanks.

I am grateful for this free Pre-Order solution. The support is responsive and helpful. The Pre-Order button etc looks good on the site and there are options to customize it.

I am giving it 4-stars instead of 5 simply because there are some things that I think could be improved to make the app a bit easier and less time consuming to set up. For example, currently you can either apply settings to all variants of product but if you wish to say exclude one size variant you must then manually apply the settings to each variant manually. It would be cool if instead there was an option to check all that you wish for it to apply to.

I had an issue with the "Email me when available" button not displaying properly on the Collections page. Customer service was fast at resolving the issue.

We considered several pre-order apps, but this one was able to fulfill everything we needed for our store. The customer support system is solid, and when we requested features that weren't part of the default settings, they were more than happy to accommodate us. Their response time was also very fast, which was extremely helpful.
