Globo is absolutely one of the best companies with their apps and support - so much better than most other companies! Any, and I mean "any," question is always addressed and resolved 100% and within 24 hours. - even if it's a weekend. They're just great to work with and their apps are great too!

This Preorder app is easy to use, customisable and has great customer service! Sarah was super helpful when I reached out with a query and fixed the issue I had right away.

We have been using this app for years and it worked perfectly well. They have recently done an update and it has completely failed us on multiple fronts at our busiest time of year. Overselling pre-order, disappearing notify button (loss of waitlist), changed settings that have impacted display and functionality, and a very confusing and unclear back-end.

Helen was very helpful with my issue and was able to get it resolved right away even though it was in the middle of the night! Super glad I was able to reach someone before my launch the next day :) Would definitely recommend!

Worked well for me setting up my pre-order for the holiday season. Will continue to use the app. Has lots of different customizations and not too difficult to learn how to set it up.
