The app has good functionality and support is great! I inquired support to help change the design of the preorder messaging, and they were speedy and helpful!
The team is very helpful when you have an issue, and the app does just about everything you'd need it for. One downside is you have to copy/paste the exact title of the product you wish to set as pre-order, you can't just search by brand name or any other descriptor. I also wish the app would show products as "pre-order" when in the shopping cart to ensure customers know it's not readily available.
Great app especially since it is free, but would like if it could take quantity into account as well!
We are really impressed so far with this app. It does exactly what we need. We had a minor display issue which was resolved promptly by the developers. Impressed!
App is fantastic and works exactly how I need it to - Had a couple of issues with installation and again when I changed my store's theme but the Globo support were incredibly helpful and were happy to help me sort all of my issues - Can't recommend enough
