I have only been using this app for about 2 weeks or so, and I am not usually the type of person to write a review so soon however the customer support and the ease of use of this app is definitely worth the 5 stars.

I have tested many different pre-order apps out there and this one seems to be perfect for what I am looking for.

100% worth using this app as you will not be disappointed.

We had an issue with SMTP settings, but Roseie helped us with immediate solution. They have a really good support and the app functions without issues.

I have just started using this app, it was very simple to get my products setup for pre order. I made a silly mistake of not activating the app, I thought I had but I had not saved my activation. This created an issue where my out of stock items showed as in stock but there was no preorder option available. I got onto the customer service chat and Rosie very quickly helped me out and got it running perfectly. So far I am very happy with everything I have seen of this app.

Works really well and the customer service is great. they'll guide you and help you get ti exactly how you want the page to look for pre-orders etc.
