We are new to Shopify as well as installing/setting up apps of any kind. We selected Globo because of its ratings and FREE subscription. Our goal was to set PRE-ORDER for a new book release, Lessons of Kindness: Transformations from Around the World.

Rosie was our customer support representative. She helped us navigate the installation. Rosie also sent screen shots pointing us to next steps when we were lost. She was successful in getting us installed within one session. We applaud her for her patience as well. We were able to view the page after saving changes, and it worked just as we had hoped. Good app, however support was not the best. Couldn't get an issue resolved for two weeks, however they did amend this through a meeting that I did have to request about 5 different times. Other than the support not being quick, the app works great, and we are enjoying being able to offer pre-orders and email notifications regarding the orders.
