Staff is very helpfull and responded quickly on my questions. When I installed the app I did ran into some theme-related issues, but they fixed it and now it's a good working app.
Product is easy to use and integrates well. Is the only product that I know that allows you to take a partial payment which is great and one of the main reasons I went with this product. Support team is great as well

Quick response and improvement, simple and clear function.
Install & Revert function is a good news to theme. Because pre-order apps will insert additional code into your theme (to show special Button), and sometimes hard to remove. Therefore, reverting is an extremely gentle feature.
The app works minimally, but sometimes it does not switch to the preorder display when stock runs out, causing customers to order without being aware of the preorder. Also, when you contact support, in many cases they misunderstand your questions or forget past conversations and make you repeat the same explanations over and over again. The quality of support is critical and I am tempted to look for an alternative application. I really like the new back in stock feature, but hope it can be integrated with klaviyo and others as it does not allow for effectiveness analysis.
Can't access app from Chrome (has worked in the past), customer service has been responsive but unfortunately can't figure out how to solve or provide any guidance other than "it should work".
