This app has been a huge help for managing preorders in our Shopify store. It is easy to use and integrates smoothly with our setup. What impressed us most is the outstanding support team. PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. When I had a technical query, their support couldn't have been better – their response time was super fast and they are clear about everything, and took care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend the product, and the team are brilliant.

The app will start charging after 5 products, despite us having used it for years. There was no notification about the change in plan details, and now it's $300/year ($25/month). As a result, we have no choice but to switch to a better app available.

I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. I could not be happier with this product and service - they've earned a loyal customer!

Having lots of issues! We have items on preorder and it won't state that, doesn't add the tag or tell customer
Now we are left having to send a lot of refunds and having unhappy customers...
still waiting for an update from them

UPDATE : preorder still having so many issues after they "fixed it"
half the time it works, and then it doesn't every unreliable app.

App works great. Does many functions that keeps customers informed in the metafields that cannot be done with any other app. Customer support is very responsive as well. We tried them a year ago and had some issues but they seem to have resolved them and the app works great now.
