Customer service is really helpful. Fixed the issues I had promptly.
Expensive for what it is. When I uninstalled it, it sent notifications to my customers without me knowing! Brutal.
Thank you for your feedback. We had checked our outgoing email logs, the last email sent was 30 August 2023 19:09:59 (UTC). Based on Shopify's uninstall logs, you had uninstalled from the admin panel at 30 August 2023 19:22:00 (UTC). There are no further email sent after the uninstallation.
If you have a copy of the sent email, please send it to us at support@amai.com. Please note that once the app is removed at the Shopify Admin > Apps, our app will no longer have any access to send emails. However, we would hope you can send us a copy of the email so we can further check on this.
I am not satisfied with this product at all. Since installing, we've just had problems. The biggest one was selling too many products and having to cancel some orders. The system just is not user-friendly and super hard to use if you have multiple variants. Errors occur way too easily. The support is somewhat helpful (hence the two stars) but otherwise I cannot recommend and will cancel my subscription and look for a better product.
90% positive experience with this app! Definitely the best on the app store.

The app is simple to use and understand, with lots of options to customize the preorder experience. Tech support is also very responsive when needed as well.
Hello, I just install the app, and works really well. I had some issues setting things up, and customer service, they help me with everything, they were sending me emails after, asking if everything was working. Really happy so far.
The app works correctly. Excellent experience with support, they solved the problem in a short time.
