Already uninstalled the app, but there are so many leftovers in my shop theme code, not recommended.

Thank you for your review. As mentioned in our uninstallation guide (which you can refer from our Products and Dashboard page), you are required to select the Uninstall button before uninstalling the app from Shopify dashboard. This is a well documented issue:

Even Shopify recommends reaching out to app developers directly in this post:

The reason for this is because Shopify does not allow our app to remove any scripts as part of the uninstallation process and could only be done at the app side.

Please grant us access and we will remove it for you.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately.

Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

The app is one of the best pre-order apps I've ever tried. You can literally customize and set up everything as you wish. And the support team is great! They helped me customize the app to fit the design of my website and within 1 day my request was complete. Great app, definitely recommended.

I asked for help since the Add to cart button would not get deactivated for sizes out of stock (using Dawn) and they helped us fixing that.
We use this app for pretty much half of our products and it works really well!

The app is easy and effective on it's use. 5 out of 5 stars for the app.

The customer service on on a whole next level. I installed the app over 12 months ago and was subscribed for monthly fee automatically (the plan I subscribed for was free). I immediately got refunded for 12 full months after sending a request for reimbursement. 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service.

Will use this app for all webshops. I just became a loyal customer.

Be very careful. When you have finished needing this service, this app tricks you into thinking you have uninstalled it, and therefore won't be charged, but doesn't make it clear that until you have actually DELETED the app, you will still be charged.

Please note that all Shopify apps will stop charging once you had uninstall the app from the Apps Settings page. We use the Shopify Charge API which strictly follows the 30-day charge. You can learn more about it here:

It is not possible to trick anyone into believing the app is uninstalled because Shopify is very strict in their audit. Besides, we had made it very clear and transparent in our FAQs on how to uninstall our app.
