REALLY HATE HOW THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR THEIR SERVICE AFTER YOU DELETE THE APP AND CONTACT SUPPORT TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. IDK WHATS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT ADDING A "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" BUTTON
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Please note that no app can charge a merchant once they had uninstalled the app. It is simply not possible. This is part of the Shopify's logic to protect merchants from being charged by apps after they had uninstall it.
Upon checking your records, you had not uninstall the app from your store. We believe you click on the Uninstall button in the app but did not proceed with the next step which is to uninstall it from your store. As mentioned in the FAQ and also the pop-up instructions when you click on the Uninstall button, you are required to go to the Shopify App page and make the uninstallation from there. Please complete the steps by uninstalling the app from the Shopify > App panel to complete the uninstallation process.

Please note that upon uninstallation from your store, the subscription will be cancelled automatically. Your refunds are already in process. I had also sent you an email with the screenshots.

The pre order manager affect other products even if you have them disabled and I have tried working with there staff to resolve the issue. I have to be like a parrot with them because I keep tell them that the product that is being affected isn't even suppose to be used with the pre order manager and it is disable. Same thing about inventory I told them maybe 3 times that I used third party inventory to track but they keep saying to check the box that shopify enable inventory tracking. Maybe they will read my review and actually see and read for the last time my issue. The pre order manager works great on the products I enable it on and work horribly not he products I disable it on.
I paid $35 to get this app installed professionally on 14 April as I thought it was such a great idea. Unfortunately it wasn't installed properly and my cart purchase rate literally halved in the 7 weeks it's been running. I deleted it today. Perhaps you will have more success with the app than me.
Had some troubles getting the app to work correctly on my shop. The preorder button worked great when viewing the product page, but it required custom coding to show up on the homepage. It also automatically added 2 items instead of 1 into the cart by default and i was receiving customer emails about the issue. Customer support was helpful and fixed the issue so that's a plus.
The best ever pre-order app on the Shopify app store. I've tried many other pre-order apps, but it super easy to set up. Doesn't need any manual work to prepare products for pre-order. It works out-of-the-box!

This app is horrible. It cost us tons of sales because it threw a pre order message on every product randomly after being configured properly. Your app sucks, and so does your support. IT IS BRUTAL!!! This app was working fine for a week or two, and then one day it started showing “some of the items you ordered are special order. Continue?” message to EVERY CUSTOMER, on EVERY PRODUCT, costing us over 10K in sales. We only found out because a customer called us and asked when a regularly stocked item would be in stock. I can’t risk the drop in sales from an app not functioning properly. Only gave it one star because you have to.
The app in general is easy to use and nice, but what I'm definitely missing is the point of the pre-order, which for me is, to be able to set the own capture date of the payment (for example, not before the item is able to be shipped). I'm using it with shopify now and there is only 7 days to capture the payment, otherwise it will be expired.
Everything else is very good.
