We are very happy with the Notify Me! app in general. It is a useful tool for us and our customers, and helps us gauge demand for future product ordering. The customer service accessed through Chat is a valuable addition, and representative Mason was very kind as he assisted with with an Export (while the function was broken in Dashboard). Thanks Mason! Mo also helped me access more functions and provided excellent customer support when we needed it.

I would say it very helpful if you are just starting out your business and starting out with a small inventory- it lets you know what people want more of before you get more :) Miles was very helpful and clued me in on how to bulk edit my orders to save me some time!

This app is in many angles in front of other apps.

First things first, the customer support is OUTSTANDING! I had a problem with the setup, and the customer support responded immediately and my "problem" was solved in matter of minutes. They even help you with various customization options so it fits the style of your shop.

The app is extremely easy to use, everything it is very clear from the beginning. You are only shown options which are important, so the dashboard is not filled with nonsense options etc, which may lead to confusion.

In short, it works well, it does it's job, it's practical and the customer support is next level.

Fully recommend.
