This is the second website I am using the Notify.me app on. This app to super easy to install and customize. Their support is OUTSTANDING. They are able to help get things exactly as you wanted/needed. I didn't realize all the sales I was missing without this app. Now I can see exactly the interest level of items out-of-stock and capture this sales once inventory is available.

I downloaded the app and jumped right in. Customer support was right there to help me get started. This APP is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to let customers "pre-order" new items, but without making a payment. I used the "Notify Me" option for doing exactly that. Customer service was able to customize the labels for me. I am VERY PLEASED!!!

The customer service of this app goes above and beyond to ensure your experience using the app is perfect.

Setareh was extremely helpful in setting up my pre-order button and even helped change the colors of the pre-order badge to match my site's color theme. The great thing is that you don't have to reach out first, customer service is notified when you make a change so they are there to help right away in chat.

I would highly recommend using this app for pre-order and out-of-stock lists.

Their customer service is absolutely brilliant, they helped me get our "back in stock" button (localized) on a very specific place on our home page which I wasn't able to do myself in a liquid code because of the theme we were using (I'm a beginner here on Shopify).

After countless of back and forth messages they were able to implement it in the exact way that we needed for our store–even at 2 AM, they were right there with us. On top of that, they couldn't nicer, more welcoming or patient. Five stars doesn't even do it, thank you guys for everything.
