Added the app and set everything up, even paying the subscription fee for "lower pricing". My first sample order was a nightmare. Multiple emails back and forth but interestingly enough, when my frustration finally told them just to put the order through, I didn't care what it would look like. It ended up being a pretty great shirt! I had to cancel a customer order, as the customer didn't want to wait three weeks for a shirt. (Yes! 3 weeks!) My 2nd sample order (third order) was stuck in production for 15 total days. Again multiple emails sent to their support team, many excuses from delays, reprinting to the whole printing company changing locations (wouldn't they know that ahead of time?) The order has allegedly been sent but I don't have it and tracking still says it's waiting for pick up. Who knows if I will ever see that shirt. If you don't want to be emailing their support team or having your customers wonder where orders are, you should use a different app. Printify is nothing more than a "middle man" directing orders for multiple low cost printing companies.
We are very sorry about delays and the lost order from Dream Junction, but we hope that you have been refunded and you will receive the re-printed samples soon. We hope that once you receive the re-printed samples, you will consider working with us again.
Great app so far.Very easy to many products.
I used this app to sell print-on-demand T-shirts and mugs from my Shopify store. I liked how easy it was to set up and the variety of T-shirt colors offered. Unfortunately, my first customer order was placed on November 2, 2018 and the tracking info that was just released after Thanksgiving says the package won’t arrive until December 3, 2018. Unacceptable.
Zero quality control in place. We've gotten nothing but poor-quality prints and samples back. Had to pull all tshirts from our store. And Printify takes no responsibility - they won't even refund you if your order shows up completely shredded (they want you to re-order somewhere else). Don't waste your time.
Our team investigated the request, and we wanted to let you know that a refund was made for the items that came in poor quality. We are sorry again for the inconvenience and hope and that now we made things right :)
Our customer reviews are very important to us, and we hope that you will be willing to revise your review as we managed to solve the issue :)
I was please with the quick response. Taylor was very helpful and provided detailed answers to my question which will be very helpful for me to correct the issue I was having.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that you love our support team, it means a lot to us. Wishing you all the success!
ordered 3 shirts so far, all 3 have had quality issues. A terrible experience so far. first one had the print about 4" from where it was supposed to, then they messed up the second one again, and the ink was dull, and the third one arrived with ink smudged / next to the graphic. not sure if it's bad luck or what, but i can't get a break here.
I am so happy with this app :)
Major drawback: images don't automatically push/sync with your Shopify store when you create and publish a product. For many of your variants, you'll need to download the images manually and then upload them to Shopify. If you have tons of products you want to print, this will be too time consuming! Consider a different app
Thank you for your feedback!
We are sorry to hear about your experience. When it comes to Shopify, all the mockups should be published automatically, unless they are created somewhere else. But we identified your inquiry, and the issue is being investigated by our tech team now. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
I initially set up Printify to see what the quality of work and service was like before I started opening it up to customers.
Firstly when selecting products it is surprisingly limiting as to what products are offered in the UK compared with the US.
The next issue I have is that my test order was apparently shipped after 48 hours (that's fine I don't mind that) however 5 days later I still have not received said item, not even Royal Mail is this slow to deliver! So I thought I know I'll go use the live chat feature on their website to find out what is going on. I wrote a message at 10am complete with the order number. At the top of the live chat, it says "Typically replies within 1 hour" ... 4 hours later and I still have not even had a reply to acknowledge receipt of my query!
Poor Customer service, Poor Delivery SLA's and poor product availability for anyone running a business in the UK.
Do not use if you value any of the above.
Very easy to use. great UX and UI for everyone. will recommend to everyone.
