Really difficult to figure out and use. Not user friendly in the slightest. The support is tiresome. the chats are not accessible as you go through the steps. Very frustrating experience

Great app if you're starting out or on a budget. Can easily integrate with Mailchimp, so you're good. Highly recommend it.

My big critique, the popups have the Privy watermark on the free version, so it can make your website look a little less professional.

So far it has been a great experience. I haven't had a chance to experience it for very long before giving the review but it seems to be a great app. It connected to my shopify account very easily. What I dislike the most is that I am required to give a review before I have used the app.
