Privy is easy to use and very straight forward. Much better than others I've used. It's easy to customize the look and feel of each pop up to make it cohesive with your brand.

The Chat customer service is AMAZING!!! I "typed" with Andy to resolve an integration issue and to connect my DNS. He went above and beyond to assist me. He walked me through everything and then followed up later in the day to ensure that what I needed was resolved. As a new business owner, having someone walk me through in such a thorough and patient way, means a lot and goes very far. Grateful to be a customer and to have had this experience. Not to mention the ease of use for this app specifically. Set up was quick and simple, user friendly and clear. I'm very satisfied as of yet. They have many templates and customization capabilities which is great. Nothing boring about it. Enjoy!
