it's a perfect app. the free version does almost all the necessary tasks and you can upgrade and get even more features for a fair price.

This app was quite easy to set up and configure, and I love how seamlessly it imports signups to my Mailchimp list. I've got 3 Shopify stores, and now 2 of them are using Privy. I'm still testing a few different methods of building my email list, but so far I really like Privy!
I would use Privy again, very good app, easy to navigate.
