This App is absolutely amazing! It's extremely helpful to turn visitors into customers for your store. There's an always free version so it's great for small stores just starting out as well. Highly recommended.

Really difficult to figure out and use. Not user friendly in the slightest. The support is tiresome. the chats are not accessible as you go through the steps. Very frustrating experience

So far it has been a great experience. I haven't had a chance to experience it for very long before giving the review but it seems to be a great app. It connected to my shopify account very easily. What I dislike the most is that I am required to give a review before I have used the app.

I dont think it make a difference in the amount of sign up I received as the number stayed the same active and deactivated.
