My experience with this app has been great from installing it onto our shopify theme to quick responses from support - amazing!

We use this app to add customized options to our products throughout our website. Whether it just be a checkbox option or an additional cost option, it is very consistent and works well with our product pages. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I would definitely recommend using this application.

super simple and wonderful expansion of my store. I use print on demand products in my inventory, so this will be a huge game changer. The only thing missing is a bulk edit apply to whole product types or categories. that would make the app perfect.

A lot of my products are personalised and this app allows my customers to choose their options in an easy and clear way. The app is simple to use, and I am really impressed by their support team who were quick to help me out when I needed it.

Additionally, the support has always been super quick and helpful. Its a no nonsense app that does exactly what it says it does.

Shevaughn was super helpful with updating an issue which occurred when I updated my new theme. I have been using this ap for years and it has been perfect for my online store. I sell customised phone cases, it allows customers to input their personal name/initials or upload a photo, rather then leaving those details in the 'Notes' section of the cart, like they were doing previously. I've used a lot of different variants of apps over the years as my store and website have grown in volume. Hands down, Product Options & Customizer is the best app you can buy. You get what you pay for, I use the premium service as communication is critical due to the type of clients we receive. I highly recommend this app to anyone who values excellent customer service.
