App just won't work constant errors. They keep saying the will fix but fed up of waiting after weeks.

Owner got in contact and was extremely nice at helping sort the issues. Finally managed to use it and works extremely well. Thank you.
The app is user-friendly and visually appealing and produces desired responses. After some minor prompt challenges, the customer service team contacted me and trained me to use app. Overall, it's a positive app with room full of features.

Useless and time-consuming, it generates nonunderstandable words within the content like this "🌟" or Chinese characters that I don't know why it comes. The support is not responsive. The points may be consumed, and the page loaded without any result.
