Set up an online sale for Black Friday. It stated that it had synced but no discounts showed on website whatsoever. Very frustrating as we then had to set up manually. Not worth the 1 star rating but had to tick so I could submit review

BOLD use to be great, but they've changed their support, and it's now horrible, do not use, I wish they went back to how it use to be.
