So far using this app has been brilliant, we did hit 1 issue where it wouldn't sync properly, Sent a email to ask for help on how to fix, and we had a quick response and now its all working correctly again. Thank you very!
I did a major upgrade and update of my theme recently and my development team installed Smart Product Filter & Searh. I have over 3,000 products and wanted my customers to have a smart and easy way to refine their shopping experience. Early on I ran into a glitch here and there. Helen and the Globo team responded to my email quickly, assessed the issue and took care of the issue for me. Everything is running smoothly, I find the app easy to use and keep finding new ways to refine the filter for my customers. I also love the search bar at the top of the collection page. The app is terrific and the team at Globo go the extra mile to make sure all is running smoothly.
If I could give this app a 6 star review I would!! Not only does this app make navigating my enormous product library a breeze with simple and intuitive customization options, but the customer service team is unparalleled!! When installing it on a new (paid) theme, I was having a rather large issue.. (my product images would not display.. at all!). Upon contacting Emma and the support team, they quickly identified and corrected the issue with little to no downtime!! An AMAZING product, backed by STELLAR customer service!!

This is a very good app. It is relatively simple to set up and once you have added 1 or 2 filters it is easy to gradually add filters around your store for different collections and products. The customer service is the best I have received on any shopify store app by far, quick, detailed and helpful. Really good app and service, highly recommended.

A great app. The most interesting feature in this app is its ability to create several filter from the tags only. this avoid using app with lots of products options and even Metafields. The out of the sehlf filtering can be edited with several styles which is also good for the customers in case there's lot of products to browse.
This app has caused our store to show "no products" in all of our collections about 10 times now. Each time, we are told they have addressed the issue and that it won't happen again. Unfortunately, it keeps happening which is forcing us to look elsewhere. When the app works, it is great, but if it is not, it completely ruins the entire website. The support is good when they answer, and they are on the other side of the world from us which causes the issues to take a long time to get resolved once we email them.
