This app is great as far as filters go. The best part is their amazing customer service! They will help with any problem you may run into without hesitation, even if you're on the free plan.

Incredibly helpful staff, they even worked overtime in the weekends!

There were many things I needed to solve and then there were syncing issues, but the Globo Team were great at solving them. They made several edits very soon after my email queries were delivered.

I'm greatly pleased with how responsive they are (even with the apparent timezone difference).

When something wasn't possible directly within the app, the Globo Team developed the solution for it. I have no complaints because of how great their customer service is. Polite, friendly, and prompt. Thank you, Helen, for such prolonged support and being patient whilst we set the filter up!

The app is simple to set up and it works perfectly! What a kind and talented team! I had so many tricky requests and they all solved, while some of other apps just told me they couldn’t help. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Definitely the best team on Shopify!!!

This app is excellent and the support team helped me out. I am using the app with Shopify Markets and Shopify Translate and Adapt. They helped me update the app so that it properly uses the translated price and currency within the collections pages. I am very happy. Thank you!

We wanted to love this but we will be switching to another app. You have to manually sync the store every time you re-order a collection BUT the biggest issue is that their servers are constantly going down and it has left our site with no products on it until they fix their issues. I would click on a product page and it would show we have no products at all. We have several hundred. They reply via email several hours later and they have a Skype number to call but no one picks up. This is a huge problem when you are losing tons of business because you are relying on this app to show your products on the site. The capabilities are a little basic too. Please trust our word on this and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I've just started to use the filter. Everything works perfectly. I had an issue with the filter's place and I contacted them by Support section and they replied to me in 1 hour asking for the access. As soon as I gave them access, in 15 more minutes they solved the problem and informed me about it. I would like to thank them for their services until now and especially to Joel, the team member who took care of my problem.
