Very cool app and amazing customer service!
Just switched from a different filters app. So far so good. Great features and options, and way better pricing then some competitors.
I had a coding issue with this app and another. I was able to get both developers of the apps to work together and work through the problem. I was very impressed how responsive and willing they were to help me out! Great application to work with and does great things for our shop!

We had an issue with an old top ranking filter so we had to find a new filter fast!!, we decided to try out Globo's filter. Their UI is on par with the top filter app we used before, we did not feel like we missed anything, but even had a better experience - They offered us great support, checked on us on a daily basis and made sure everything is working as we wanted. My app just suddenly stopped working. You cannot search for or sort anything!
I am not happy about this. This app costs too much for something like this to randomly happen. My customers have no way to search my products which means I will lose orders and I just began running ads.
This needs to be fixed immediately.

Did you recently switch your live theme to a new one or Update your current live theme? The filter was not showing up because the App Embed in the Theme Customize was being DISABLED.
We have enabled it for you and the filter tree is showing up properly as usual.

The app works and support is ok. However, the collection speed is after implementing the app extremely slow. I am trying right now to solve this with my developer but the support does apparently not help us. As a paying customer I am expecting more.
