Great experience with Customer service with Eric. I had a specific issue and the team replied promptly with steps to try to help, not only that, in the same message offered an alternative contact solution if the steps didn't work, this eliminates an extra message going back and forth and waiting for a reply. Helen from Globo Product Support was super helpful and responsive! We purchased a new theme which messed with the app and my website wasn't responding properly on mobile. She jumped in and found the issue quick and realized its an conflict with another third party app. She asked for permission to disable the app and attempt to fix the other app for me. Luckily she did because she fixed it faster than the other app company could even get to it.
