Working with Globo has been such a pleasure and a breeze!! I'm only a few weeks into building my website, but they have helped me with every detailed request I've asked about. I sell customizable baby products and needed a lot of extra add-on variants. They work quickly and very professionally. Not only does the app work perfectly and does exactly what I needed it to do, but their customer support is off the charts. I had a couple of issues along the way getting my option sets working, and Sarah was always there to support and guide me through everything, providing very quick resolution and prompt assistance. Will definitely recommend this app.

The backend user interface of the app is friendly and the options are easy to set up. We were also really impressed with the speed and responsiveness to our questions - we wrote in on a couple of issues and they were all solved quickly by the team!

I run a collar and lead-making business and I use this app because it offers the vast array of product options that I need for all my variants, complete with the ability to show image swatches for all the different colours and hardware options that I have on offer! I believe it makes the browsing and ordering experience a much more enjoyable and intuitive experience for the consumer. The app is extremely easy to use and I cannot fault the customer support; on the two occasions I have needed assistance so far, the response has been lightning fast and highly effective. I would highly recommend this app to anyone needing more product options/variants than the basic Shopify permits. And perhaps best of all, it's totally free! Thanks for an excellent app Globo!
