I was thrilled with Rosie's service. She was able to help resolve the issue where photos were suddenly not able to be uploaded through our website. Unbelievable that such help is provided even when I'm not a subscribing member (I am considering it now). This app is brilliant and I would recommend to everyone ❤️
Sometimes things glitch out with this app, but no app is perfect. I really appreciate the support from Globo Products. Last night we were launching two new products and we had some technical issues. I reached out to Globo (mind you 11pm at night) and they fixed the problem within under 15min. I know I can rely on Globo!

Easy to use, so many options and abilities to customize your shop exactly the way you want. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed within hours if not less.
The software is intuitive to use; it just requires a bit of time to get acquainted with it. The response time from support can be quite long, but once in contact, their efficiency is exceptional. Support understands and resolves issues quickly. I give it a 5-star rating because I value the quality of service over response time.

Really good app and great support. Would be great to add a feature in drop downs which prevents the same option being selected twice. I would recommend this app.
