I contacted Globo to modify the appearance of the widget in my store. Helen resolved the issue very quickly.
There are a lot of things that can be made for users to fix without reaching out to live chat. However the people there are very helpful. I spoke with Rosie and Rosie was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She set me up properly and fixed a few things I needed done.
Amazing app, user friendly and Rosie is so supportive! Will recommend this app to other Shopify store owners!

Without a doubt the best app i have ever downloaded. Super user friendly, easy to set up all the option sets and customization. They have 24/7 staff !! LITERALLY 24/7 and they are all great.
