Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.

I installed and needed to keep upgrading to see what other features were available. The request I need isn't available after upgrading to show all the features. 15 days ago the request was sent to billing and ticket stayed there.
Globo Product Options, be upfront about your features and limitations with product variants. Carrot on a stick to keep revealing features means I bypass Free 14 day window and commit to buying the subscription.

Well that's 10 hours of my life I can't get back. App is clunky and slow. It randomly stops working and I had to refresh my browser constantly to get it up and running again. Synching is terrible and super slow. I spent hours setting this up for certain collections in my store, just to find out at the end that it effects EVERY single product in my store that has a variant and not just those that I added to the app. The variants for the products that I did not include when setting up this app just up and disappeared. It just didn't work for what I needed.

I don’t know about the Paid Plan, but the Free Plan displays a large "powered by Globo Options App" in bold blue letters right under the personalization box. Looks spammy & unprofessional. If you’re going to use our site as an advertising billboard in such an obvious manner, we should be getting paid. Otherwise, make it discreet and tasteful so our customers don’t get turned off.

Required name field is not working since January...

Even if you set the field as mandatory, the customer can enter the checkout without filling in the personalized names...

The app is super slow and is constantly freezing when i try to update a dataset. in addition it made the actual product listing incredibly slow which caused frustration with my customers

I constantly have to add the options multiple times as sometimes these will display without an issue and other times it will take multiple attempts to get the options to display.

After further investigation of this case, we figured out what happened here.
- You installed the app in June 2022, so the app codes were being inserted to your theme files directly.
- We have recently updated our app to utilize the new App Embed function from Shopify. We noticed that you enabled our App Embed in the Theme Customize at the same time
===> That's why the conflict data issue occurred.

Love the design and outlook. But does not always add the plan to the cart, as stated. I lost a $1000 client since it let her sign up for free. With big ticket items, I would not risk it again.
