Perfect and good service. The product works good and if anything is wrong the service desk will help you fast.
It took me a few requests to figure out the interface, but customer service was very responsive. This app did everything I needed it to do. The options are more extensive than the other personalization apps I tried - and I tried a lot of them! You can also easily see the customer's preview and download their jpgs on the back end. Many of the other apps didn't do this. Overall, I'm very happy with the app!
This app does it all. And the support is amazing. We were able to easily set up all our products with customization and sku linking. Orders come through complete and quickly. Highly recommend.
Excellent app and exceptional customer support! We sell personalised products that we make ourselves and can therefore have a large number of variations in font, colour, size, text, etc. We struggled to find an app that gave us a large number of options whilst still looking nice on our website. We are extremely happy with this app and highly recommend it. The support is great, I message them via Facebook and they respond quickly with easy explanations. I love that there is the option to set conditions so certain options only appear to a customer based on their choices. Great app, highly recommend.
We only sell personalized products and use this Personalizer for almost all of them. We have tried some others before this, but this one was the best one we came across. What is even better than the product itself is the fast and reliable customer service. Shoutout to Imran! If they are not in the live chat, you still usually get a response pretty quickly by mail. They are always very helpful and could help me with any problems I have encountered so far, and there were many. Thank you!

I have tested several Shopify personalization apps and Product Personalizer is the best. Installation was easy and support is great. Like everything, it takes a few times to learn your way around the app, but support answered all of my questions. I would recommend this app.
