I need to allow users to add a name to fixed designs on various colored tshirts. Was wondering how to "extract".... download the PNG print file once an order is placed. And also how to connect to my POD provider. cheers

Not going to lie, it takes some time to configure (both for the store need and for each product), but once I understood it, I was able to 80% match the competition with the level of configuration they offer, in a market that has large players for a while.
Much better than other options I've explored. Would recommend. Do not hesitate to read the documentation on their website as there are many configuration points and it's easy to miss the decisive ones. The documentation is rather good.
This app is a lifesaver, it makes customizing your products extremely easy. It allows the customers to select which item they want from a down and it shows the image and the customization they choose. Thank you for creating such an amazing app. This has saved me a TON of money.
