I do not recommend. Complicated UI which sends me all over the place. Slows my website down with excessive javascript. Takes a while to load and save when trying to make changes. UX is dated (review requests etc).

We resolved an issue for a customer and subsequently attempted to remove their review. However, it's still visible on our page even after three days, which is impacting our business. Attempts to reach the Stamped team via the chatbot have been unproductive, leaving me frustrated by the app's slow update times and the persistence of reviews we've chosen to delete. It's disheartening, considering the years spent gathering positive feedback, to think about removing the app over this.

Honestly have been such a big fan of this app. It's made review collection seamless. Definitely a little bit clunky on the design/integrations still, but nevertheless their customer service is SO on point and they really do their best to improve. I'm super excited to start trying the paid features when my company grows big enough.
