BOLD Upsell AI Powered Upsells

I'm relatively new to dropshipping and was looking for an app that optimized upsales and crosssales. The Bold Product Upsell, was by far the most highly rated when I researched into the different Apps out there. The interface is so easy to use and there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube from Bold and other Dropshippers who recommend the App.

Although I haven't been using the App for years, I have already witnessed it producing marvelous results! My sales have increased by 12.5% just down to this single App alone!

I am definitely going to be using other products from Bold in the future as my store grows, such as Product Bundles and Product Discounts. I have no experience in coding or CSS and Bold solves this problem straight off the bat.

Number one Shopify App!
The best thing is I haven't even needed to use the Bold support team! Bold make the App I use so simple to navigate, I have no need to contact them. The amazingly detailed YouTube advise videos from Bold gave me more than enough information to walk me step by step through all aspects of the App! I'm sure if I ever ran into any difficulty though, then the Bold support team would point me in the right direction as soon as possible.

This was a great app until the recent revision. You can display ONLY 3 upsell products. Even if you upsell a collection of 5 or combine two upsells of 3 it will still only show the customer 3 products that are chosen at random. If you need the customer to see more than 3 products, stay away from this app.
Update..... Changed 1 star to 3 stars. We've had to add Product Options app to go along with Product Upsell to accomplish what we were doing with only Upsell before. Additional monthly fee. Still think Bold should have been more open with us before 'fixing' our Upsell. However, they did a free install and 4 months no fee.

The Product Upsell app combined with the Product Discount app was easy to set up and works very well. We have been using different Bold products since we migrated to Shopify and I have to say Bold has the best support! They reply quickly and go out of their way to keep customers happy. If you have the choice between a Bold app and a similar app by another company I would choose Bold every single time!

Update - I am lowering this 5 star to a 4 star until they fix the reporting in the app. We need detailed reports of how the different products preform and there is no way to currently do this.

Super power app, does everything I need it to.

I only give it a four because I have not had a chance to start setting up products yet. However, if this app works as well as the customer service I have received from Brendin, then the 5 Stars will not be enough to show how happy I am. I am very grateful for the prompt responses and resolves I have experienced with Brendin. Thank you Bold team and Brendin. I look forward to using this app and hope that it helps me reach the goal I am aiming for.

Great apps. Made me more money than other apps

this app is a time saver for sure, but it could do with being a bit more customisable with an easier interface!
