For what you pay the support is terrible always making you wait. They respond and say yeah yea we understand your concerns but you'll have to wait for our guys to help you. March 21st last heard after weeks of going back and forth. It's a new month April and still no support. I don't think this app because 95% of our sales are mobile phones and the app is mumbo jumbo on mobile phones the text is out of place and really scares your customers away vs. an attractive upsell layout. -Scott

It is the first time I use it but if I like it it is excellent, easy to install and create the offers. Then I will write to tell how it goes with sales.
Bold upsell was easy to implement and when I needed further guidance, Challi was there to provide great support. Challi made sure that I had a full understanding of how the app operated and was always timely with following up on any additional questions I had.

We downloaded this app, product discount, and product builder. Jordan helped me out on all the questions I had to be live and ready by Friday 12:00 AM. It's great that Bold has all the apps you need so you only need to contact 1 person for all of your questions. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for opening up your support 24/7 during the biggest sale weekend in the states.
Less than a week in but we are seeing an increase in average spent per order! Pretty easy to use and good support if needed. Thanks Bold!
