This only triggers for 20% of my orders. the whole point of me geting this app is to stop customers getting to checkout with out understanding exactly what they are purchasing.

This app is fantastic. I use it to warn customers that products will be delayed due to COVID.

The customers have to click OK to continue with the order, and cannot checkout without agreeing. As a bonus, a message appears under the product line on invoices and orders confirming what the customer has agreed to.

Support is fantastic and responds within hours, and is super helpful.

Excellent App, really helps us fulfil issues with selling restricted products on our site. Only recommendation I could make is a setting that we can choose which automatically enables products for the warning if they are part of a collection or have a specific tag. This is due to the vast amount of products we have that need a warning notification. If that were to be made I would happily change ...

Huge fan of this app and these developers! The base service allows for product warnings. For the purposes of our website, we required a pop-up that was geolocated. The Elastic Soft team got back to me within an hour offering to develop this for us for next to nothing! They were beyond helpful, incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to communicate with - the user support is unparalleled.
