Inkybay ‑ Product Personalizer

I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed).

Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing.

Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it.

I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for.

An sich kein schlechter Konfigurator aber es gibt sehr häufig Probleme mit den Download Dateien der erstellten Designs.
Für eine professionelle Verwendung sehr sehr aufwändig da man immer mit dem Support Kontakt aufnehmen muss.
Der reagiert zwar schnell aber man muss immer warten und das ist dann eben für eine regelmäßige Nutzung mit einigen Bestellungen am Tag sehr nervig.
Für jemanden der nahezu keine Bestellungen hat mag es gut sein.

De nombreux problème remontées de la part de mes clients. Les produits ne s'ajoute pas aux panier, mais malheureusement les techniciens ne trouve pas le problème. Je dois donc tout refaire et trouver une autre application

Edited 1 star back to 5 stars. I was able to talk to their tech team lead, and our concerns were addressed instantly. Their tech team apologized and properly explained that there was a small misunderstanding with their support team.

Edited our review from 5 to 1 star. You're charging for a simple customization on the product page. They are insisting on a custom charge on simple customization, aligning the dropdown menus, upload buttons on the product options.

Despite encountering minor difficulties during app installation and initial usage, the support team promptly addressed and resolved issues through guided video tutorials. Furthermore, they proactively communicated any missing functionalities or features to their development team for future updates. The app offers extensive capabilities, including the ability to handle setup charges per color and side, calculate run charges per print color, adjust prices based on product sizes, and provide quantity discounts. Its comprehensive features set it apart from other similar apps on the market.

Outstanding live chat support and video tutorials. After trying multiple product designers, we are very pleased with Inkybay! I highly recommend this app to retailers looking for easy product customization options and retailers that need an option for high volume sales. 5 Stars all the way!

Design: The app solved the customisation issues we needed for our website, it is user friendly for the end customers and also easy to modify to suit our need as an app user. The layout of the customisation tool is clean & simple.
Service: Pre-sale & Post-sale support has been excellent & prompt. Technician are extremely helpful during the online meeting to alter the functionality to our requirement.

The Inkybay team has been incredibly friendly and highly professional. Every time I faced an issue, they were quick to help and provide support.
The app works great, and the best part is that it’s highly customizable to suit your specific needs.

Jesun was brilliant helping me to build my products and to get the finish for the Customer screen. The app is great and will really help my Customers to design products themselves in colours they like.

The app is very good and the support is amazing. My only complaint is very minor and it is that it seems very specificly designed for certain products like garments. It takes a bit of creativity to make it work with more unique products but overall it's great. I've never seen an app or a product like this with such fast support.
I haven't launched this to my customers yet but so far, building my customizer has been great. I hope they continue to develop it and add more.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding our scheduled onboarding meeting. While I appreciated the detailed responses to my initial questions and was looking forward to getting started with Inkybay, the experience with our scheduled call was far from satisfactory.

I stayed up until 9:30 PM PDT for our meeting and waited for ten minutes, but no one joined, and I was kicked out. This lack of punctuality has significantly impacted my initial impression of Inkybay.

Given this experience, I'm finding it difficult to fully trust the assurances provided in your previous email. Reliable onboarding and support are crucial for my small business, and this no-show has raised serious concerns.

When I initially spoke to customer support, I was offered a plan fo $19.99 only to be charged $49.99. Be careful. They will scam you out of your money. Now I have to fight with my bank and Shopify to get my money back. I will never use this app again. FRAUDS!!!
