I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed).

Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing.

Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it.

I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for.

An sich kein schlechter Konfigurator aber es gibt sehr häufig Probleme mit den Download Dateien der erstellten Designs.
Für eine professionelle Verwendung sehr sehr aufwändig da man immer mit dem Support Kontakt aufnehmen muss.
Der reagiert zwar schnell aber man muss immer warten und das ist dann eben für eine regelmäßige Nutzung mit einigen Bestellungen am Tag sehr nervig.
Für jemanden der nahezu keine Bestellungen hat mag es gut sein.

De nombreux problème remontées de la part de mes clients. Les produits ne s'ajoute pas aux panier, mais malheureusement les techniciens ne trouve pas le problème. Je dois donc tout refaire et trouver une autre application

There tech team is amazing, when ever i need something fixed that i can't do on my end even if its something custom that is a special request for my want or needs on my website, all i gotta do is write them a msg and they always do it right away, no matter what it is, not once have they ever told me no, and for that i love this add on for my website

The app is very good, I'm sure I'm only using a small portion of it's capabilities at the moment. The customer support team is very helpful.

This app is great. It's very flexible with many awesome features to run a custom print shop. Very user friendly. It's a lot of backend work. the support is awesome and very responsive. Any little idea I think of while editing they can try to add or implement to the store. They send helpful videos to show me how to make the necessary adjustments if its simple tasks but when I ask for something bigger like building a seperate clipart page that takes my customer directly to the designer they can do the work for me instead of me tring to code and write a new page. The support is speedy and any out of the box idea can be explored with this app.

Edited 1 star back to 5 stars. I was able to talk to their tech team lead, and our concerns were addressed instantly. Their tech team apologized and properly explained that there was a small misunderstanding with their support team.

Edited our review from 5 to 1 star. You're charging for a simple customization on the product page. They are insisting on a custom charge on simple customization, aligning the dropdown menus, upload buttons on the product options.

The app offers extensive capabilities, including the ability to handle setup charges per color and side, calculate run charges per print color, adjust prices based on product sizes, and provide quantity discounts.
