This app does everything and makes setting up my store so easy. The issues I have come across have been resolved in the first chat. I would recommend inkybay to anyone. It is well worth the subscription.

I have been very satisfied with InkyBay. I have needed assistance a few times with the initial setup and troubleshooting, and every time the support team has been incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The app works very well and offers a wide range of features. I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed).
Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing.
Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it.
I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for.

We understand that managing a fast-paced print shop is not easy, and it requires speed and reliability.
However, we would like to address that InkyBay generates print-ready files in SVG, JPG, PNG, PDF and EPS formats, containing all order details and customer-uploaded images to help automate the production. These files are usually processed quickly, but large or complex files can take a maximum of 10-15 minutes, during which a processing notification is shown. During this time, files provided by customers are converted into a vector format and prepared to be suitable for any type of printer, so our server takes some time.
While this processing helps ensure the files are ready for production, we understand your frustration. This is why we’re actively working to make large and complex file processing faster and smoother

An sich kein schlechter Konfigurator aber es gibt sehr häufig Probleme mit den Download Dateien der erstellten Designs.
Für eine professionelle Verwendung sehr sehr aufwändig da man immer mit dem Support Kontakt aufnehmen muss.
Der reagiert zwar schnell aber man muss immer warten und das ist dann eben für eine regelmäßige Nutzung mit einigen Bestellungen am Tag sehr nervig.
Für jemanden der nahezu keine Bestellungen hat mag es gut sein.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We agree that it’s inconvenient to go back and forth with the support team for design file downloads. Even though we respond very quickly, you are right to be frustrated.
However, our print-ready files are usually downloaded quickly, and it takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes if customer-uploaded files are too large or have complex designs. During this time, a processing notification is shown so you know the file is being prepared. Since our print-ready files contain all sorts of order information and come out as production-ready files for every printing type, it takes some time for the server to process it all. Also, if you find the wait unusually long, you can request to reprocess the order file right from the dashboard.
That said, we are truly sorry about your experience. Although this time is needed to prepare large and complex files properly, we understand how frustrating the wait can be during busy production hours, so faster large-file processing remains a key focus for us.

De nombreux problème remontées de la part de mes clients. Les produits ne s'ajoute pas aux panier, mais malheureusement les techniciens ne trouve pas le problème. Je dois donc tout refaire et trouver une autre application

In some cases, a buggy or improperly coded theme can interfere with app features. Issues can also occur when the setup is incomplete, such as when the app embed is not enabled, or when another app with similar functionality creates a conflict. Either way, our support team can manually review the store setup, identify the issue, and help resolve it. I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding our scheduled onboarding meeting. While I appreciated the detailed responses to my initial questions and was looking forward to getting started with Inkybay, the experience with our scheduled call was far from satisfactory.
I stayed up until 9:30 PM PDT for our meeting and waited for ten minutes, but no one joined, and I was kicked out. This lack of punctuality has significantly impacted my initial impression of Inkybay.
Given this experience, I'm finding it difficult to fully trust the assurances provided in your previous email. Reliable onboarding and support are crucial for my small business, and this no-show has raised serious concerns.
When I initially spoke to customer support, I was offered a plan fo $19.99 only to be charged $49.99. Be careful. They will scam you out of your money. Now I have to fight with my bank and Shopify to get my money back. I will never use this app again. FRAUDS!!!
So i have been searching for a designer app and have tried many. I needed to find out how to do some extra custom set ups for some of our products.
We contacted support and Noah was extremely helpful. Noah went above and beyond and we are only a trial at the moment.
He even made a couple of play videos to ensure we get the customisations correct.
Experiencing the app so far has been good. Generally easy to set up and move forward. The other thing i took into consideration is there are a lot of decent size companies using this designer app and for many years which was good indicator that this might be the one stop for us for the future. Would honestly recommend on the bases of excellent software plus customer service.
10/10 Recommend for all custom printing businesses! The support for all problems is insane. The will make custom video to explain in great detail solutions to all your problems. Don't become scared of the prices. When you factor usability, customer services and speed this is a super cheap alternative allowing your business to scale!

We've only been using this app for a few days, but it was exactly what we've been looking for. We are a print shop and this is PERFECT for our needs. We wish we would of found this sooner. Support has been amazing, with a chat feature to chat with someone right away. Honestly, we have no complaints. Other apps seemed to be more for POD sellers, this is perfect for print shops actually doing the production.

I absolutely love the this app. Tried four other apps before finally finding Inkybay. It has all the features I was looking for. Really helps when offering customization for my customer. Plus Inkybay's customer services is knowledgeable and quick to help. Other apps I was waiting 12-24 hours before hearing back from their customer service.
