The functionality of the designer is the absolute best option on shopify. My experience with customer support has been second to none. Great experience all around.
I just signed up today and had a few issues with setup. I used the chat option and was able to get everything figured out. The help, communication and tutorials were perfect.
This app is hands down the best app for sellers that have complex and real-world pricing structures for their printing businesses. It pretty much covers it all. It has obviously been made by people in the industry for people in the industry of printing. On top of that, the support team offers some pretty top-notch knowledgable support and is always there to help. None of this high and dry support you get from other apps. These guys are legit. They even jumped on a call with me to set it all up which obviously saved me tonnes of time in trying to explain all of my questions in the messenger. Definitely give it a go and if you feel it's too tricky to set up just reach out to support. They've got your back! Thanks guys for developing an app that meets our needs.
After trying several customization softare, I can clearly say that Inkybay is the absolute best. They thought everything through. The app is completely customizable to suit your shop requirement.
I wanted to fully personalise how the software look on mobile and desktop to suit our brand. The customer support was very quick to answer and made the app look exactly how I wanted. They've been very helpful and available.

installed this about a month ago, it seems to do every little thing I want it to. And when it doesn't, I ask support and they help me do what I need. Very responsive support and an easy app to use. I've tried several customizer tools and Inkybay blows them all out of the water.
This is a full feature app with great support. I've had numerous changes or requested customizations and at each stage, the support has been great. The professional level is expensive, but can't beat the flexibility. I've tried to work with other customization tools and this one is the only one I've found (and I've looked for alternatives) that offers flexibility, features, and ability to customize. Good app...highly recommend.
