Die Konfiguration ist einfach, mit etwas HTML Kenntnissen lässt sich das Design individuell anpassen. Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist auch vorhanden, die sich anpassen lässt. Wenn man Fragen hat, bekommt man beim Support schnelle Hilfe direkt über den Chat oder per E-Mail. Zusammenfassend gesagt, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann den Designer auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

This app is complex, and I mean that in the best way possible. Our needs were complex and it covered just about everything and more. Anything we couldn't achieve with the oem app, the inkybay team was eager to help shape and customize the app to work perfectly to our needs. Support is timely, they always follow up through email, and are extremely receptive to your desires. If you're out there fishing for an app that allows customers to customize your product, look no further. Be prepared to read up on the guides provided and don't be afraid to ask their team question. Rashed Lemon was a god send and always had an answer or video for me to watch that would teach me even more about the program. This app will be used to set the tone of our services. Without this app Build-A-Bonnet couldn't be. FunGiftWrap.com This app does exactly what we wanted. The customer uploads their image to our designs and we create custom printed gift wrap. Any feature i was looking for is in the app. The support is great, usually on line or will usually fix first let me know to check out the fixes I requested. Very responsive support 5 stars. I am currently on the Advanced Plan and will be going to the Professional plan soon as we add additional designs for our customers. There is very extensive back end functionality with the ability to make many tweaks. I do wish the instructions were better, but when I have a problem, Inkybay has explained it in an email and in some cases have created a private video to better explain the issue.
