I'm on the trial, but I may stay on the premium. Support is ALWAYS working late relative to their location. When I have implementation questions I get instant answers from helpful staff (Looking at you Rameez!). When I have development questions, a tech person walks me through everything.
One month into using PushOwl and it is definitely the fastest-growing apps on our store. The abandoned cart automation is doing great and we are looking forward to a product launch campaign next month. Also, very friendly and helpful support team. Keep up the good work guys!

The product has a number of important applications at which it is effective i.e. cart abandonment, order update notifications and initial browser opt in prompts. The interface is easy to use and customizable. The team are friendly and helpful, I was even able to reach them on the weekends.
Amazing support, top of class. The only thing that I would improve in the app, is the possibility to calendarize recurring notifications.
I am still in the early days of using Shopify, let alone any apps, but the support from PushOwl has been amazing! Not only have they been super fast in answering my questions, but they have made heaps of proactive suggestions which has really helped a small-fry like myself out - thanks again!!
