We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. We highly recommend PushOwl for their excellent customer support!

I'm considering using PushOwl for my business, and even though I have yet to try it out, I'm already impressed by their customer service. Rojen from PushOwl walked me through each step of the setup process, explaining how the app works and how it can benefit my business. He was incredibly patient and helpful, and by the end of our conversation, I felt completely at ease with PushOwl and how it can help me re-engage website visitors and recapture lost sales.

PushOwl's web push notifications seem like a fantastic way to connect with customers, and the fact that Rojen was so willing to help me even before I signed up is a great sign. Their subscriber segmentation and analytics features also sound very promising. If you're looking for a way to boost your sales and engagement, PushOwl sounds like a great option, especially with such a supportive customer service team behind it. We're still in the early stages of working with this app on our store. However, we're extremely pleased with the functionality that we have used to date and seen a positive impact on our store. Rojen, He is very professional and helpful, and their customer service is the best. I've tried Klaviyo, their customer service is non-existent, and then I also tried Aftership, they even said it was my problem because my emails kept going to the promotion tabs, which made me very annoyed. So I tried several, compared to others, Brevo's interface is very simple, I find it very easy to use, and Rojen is very friendly, helped me a lot. Thank you

I love what this app is about and what it does. I want to give a shout out to Rojen who was so helpful in explaining the process and walking through it with me while i was online. I received a clear overview and detailed look into the possibilities and ease of using PushOwl for marketing of our e-commerce store. I was looking for another option from the email marketing we have been doing for the past 4 years. This appears to be a viable option. And it is the personalized support that is the difference maker. I was never able to get clarity to my questions with the email provided I had before. These are real people answering my questions in real time and with answers that I can understand and put into action immediately. Very pleased, indeed!
