Rojen is the one who supported us on setting up the optin and push message. Great support and quick response just like a whatsapp chat. Thanks a lot for a quick guide to setup. His suggestions in our automations is more helpful.
Had a nice chat with the famous Rojen to help me set up PushOwl and get the most out of it. It feels like the team really cares about helping stores grow, and they have a hands-on approach to make that happen. I'm looking forward to use the service (mainly for back-in-stock notifications, but I'll also experiment with regular campaigns).
I feel like push notifications will be a nice way to send visitors messages after their visit, so that the money I spent to get that traffic in the first place isn't wasted.
Me being new With PushOwl is something I was not really too familiar with But working with Rojen from PushOwl makes you feel welcomed and very confident in what it is you’re attempting to do. The help they provide 24/7 no matter what time of the day is something most other don’t do and that’s one of many things that makes Rojen and PushOwl stand out! First I will like thank rojen specially for helping through the process and understanding how your service works as I just joined Shopify and looking to use your email service, he was so kind and took his time to even share me suggestions and links for me to look through while he was still online rendering service and guiding me through.
I must say he’s very patient, the kindest customer service person I’ve come across, he’s understanding, he knows his job and I just want to say keep up the good work rojen and I would have dropped this review since but I had issues with payment and the app won’t let me drop a review thank you once again rojen.
Also I forgot to mention he upgraded my plan to a new one.
