Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first ...
