I have tried this application, to synchronize my orders, but there was a functionality that was required and it has kindly given me support and a timely solution. The service is excellent. I recommend this App and its team
I researched the options for QBO/Shopify linking for awhile because this isn't something you want to do twice and Bridge seemed the best choice.
We've only been using Bridge for a short time but the install and configuration went very easily and so far have not needed any customization. I personally loathe QBO (necessary evil) so anything to make the experience better is good for me!
I've had a few questions just to understand the functionality and timing of data and received quick responses with clear information.
UPDATE: We've been using the app for several months now and have had no problems (other than self induced). Great app and great support from Kumar. Very thorough help when we've needed it and those self-induced issues were identified and corrected easily.

I highly recommend BridgeApp. Besides offering a very affordable solution the App comes with a stellar support team. Each question is answered promptly. Each issue we had, due to our own mistakes made while setting up the inventory items, was resolved with their help. It is a pleasure working with skilled people and a great product.
We are overall happy with this app. We ran into some issues in the beginning, but the support team was quick to help us get our settings right and now it's working just as we need it to!

Very useful app. little bugs at the setup mostly due to incorrect setup by myself. Customer service was quick to fix and everything runs smooth with auto sync.
