have not been able to fully integrate it yet. Just had the onboarding with Dakato, it was clear! A lot of interesting features and so far so good. I'm looking forward to see it run on full potential. The features could save a lot of time. Also I recommend to do the on boarding call!

Top-tier support responds instantly to issues and questions. The best helpdesk system I trialed (we've tried helpscout, zendesk, and others). It also supports multiple stores, brands, integrates with Instagram and FB.

Overall just amazing.

Best variety of pricing options out there. We are seasonal and needed lots of users, so the volume-based plan is great. Very intuitive, my team picked it up with very little training. Excellent for managing e-mail as well.

This chat support feature is good. Very good. It has all you need for keeping your customers happy. Tons of features and several plans to choose from. Be careful to choose the right subscription for your amount of staff or remember to change it to an appropriate one when you need more staff accounts.
