This is the only app that properly manages multiple brands. Not only that but it manages each brands social, has a help desk, and live chat independently but also in one master inbox if you like. As far as I'm concerned there isn't a better option out there right now and you should start using it as soon as possible.
I cannot say enough not only for the Reamaze service, but their customer service. They always help me until I get everything resolved.
Do not hesitate to use Reamaze....seriously!

This is probably by far the best live chat and helpdesk platform out there for Shopify. Have tried other apps but Reamaze has much more depth even though it doesn't look like it on the surface. We plan to upgrade to Shopify Plus next year and will be taking Reamaze with us.
What I like most about Reamaze is the way they've thought about how a helpdesk and live chat tool should work for ecommerce. It's not a generic tool like zendesk. For example, they include marketing automation features and chatbots for free. This indicates that their team has thought about how us merchants want to use a tool like this.

When we truly believe a specific feature will benefit even the smallest of merchants, we will try our best to include it in our basic plan. Huh... I guess, I didn't want a CRM. I wanted helpdesk software.
My first experience with helpdesk software was with Gorgias, and they weren't a bad choice. But, in the end, they had a few things that just didn't fit with us. We are big users of the mobile app and email. I had just finished customizing our interaction with Gorgias using their API but still bailed because the main thing I needed was a smooth interaction with the application that I could only get with Reamaze. Very happy so far. My next steps are integrating voice and customizing the chat interaction.
Really great for shopify stores, only need to be in spanish now, and integration with direct message from instagram
I am puzzled by the good reviews here. While they are quick to reply to support queries there's now a major regression in that I cannot create new knowledge base articles with links or images without generating my own HTML. The wonderful support guy is telling me it's not recommended to use the WYWIWIG editor they provide after it was working for 4 years. It's 2023 guys and you have just added some AI to your chat bot functionality but I am not unable to expand my KB without coding. ridiculous. I regret ever choosing your product as I now have to migrate just so I can do basic things again.
Be aware that Reamaze will constantly make changes and updates to the user interface and introduce features that hinder and create confusion in an attempt to add some type of AI feature-set to their offering. instead of providing a simple reply button, there is a constant barrage of predetermined purple buttons that you need to scroll past every time you want to reply to a customers message. There should be a simple way to turn this feature off and not have to work through the beta testing of features for the ticket platform that I’m dependent on for all of my Customer communications

Nobody enjoys customer service. When I want to bang out CS in the morning I just want to see a list of messages and easy workflow to watch them disappear. This does it perfectly. Especially if you have multiple shopify stores, sell on other ecom channels, or CS coming in from multiple sources, this is the CRM for you. And development is all over it, squashing bugs like housewife holding two cans of RAID. Get it now before they start pricing for value.
We found this app to be the most powerful help desk one can ever use for eCommerce. We've been trying in the past 15 years many other solutions such as Zendesh, Helpscout...but re-amaze surpasses them all by far. Nothing is missing yet they have design a very intuitive UI easy to use and configure. Re-amaze helps use unify our entire customer support into a single solution. We can even reply to all our customers comments on social media. The support is really top notch and their price is competitive and fair. Congratulation to all the team!
