The best of the best support desk / chat systems I have used. The most amazing thing with Reamaze was the ability to add multiple brands for a very very low cost. I have all my brands in one dashboard, and never miss a single customer query. Since it's connected to shopify, it gives me all info about a customer who I am talking to. Amazing job guys!

Excellent customer service tool. We went from a segmented 3rd party chat, e-mail and social media support model to re:Amaze. We tried Gorgias initially but wound up with re:Amaze instead. We have been using a different CRM app but their recent pricing changes and lack of attention to small business needs (I understand large companies are valuable customers but you should not abandon your first backers) made us look for an alternative. Love that it brings all my convos to one place. Saves me so much time, and time is money! Wish the software looked a teeny bit cleaner, but I'm just really picky... I'm not paying $60/month for a cleaner layout (*cough cough, Gorgias)... this does everything Gorgias can do, for cheaper!
Love Re:Amaze. Always answer questions and make sure you understand everything. Love that almost everything you need for customer service is at your fingertips for low cost amounts. At the moment it's a 4 star because I'm having issues with the Facebook Integration and we don't know if it's their API or something to do with my account.
