I do wish that there were more recent YouTube videos as the app does update a lot and my lack of braincells requires more visualization rather than reading but still 100% satisfied!

We highly recommend Reamaze especially for the feature set and outstanding customer support. We've used them for about a year or so now and can happily recommend them to anyone and our clients. Get to know the features and learn how to use them effectively to get the most bang out of your buck!
So far, so great. I came across this app early on in my build for our new e-shop (open end of June ... plug) and although I've not yet used it in anger I have to say I'm more than impressed; it has all the angles covered for me. I particularly like the tie in between customer service questions which, if relevant, can morph into a knowledgebase question which I post from the app to my knowledgebase page in seconds. Love it. In this current trend of "beautiful software" (Shopify, Xero, Tradegecko etc) I'd add Reamaze to this list. Almost. A little more tarting up of the user interface would get it there. Meanwhile, a great tool for customer service ... which is what it's all about at the end of the day.
I've left a review in the past but I wanted to update it. Reamaze is truly amazing and after 3 years and now getting close to mastering all the features, (texting via email, email aliases, automated forwarding of emails with certain subject and simply regular email. It's simply as good as it gets. We have integrations with Shopify and Pipedrive along with some Zapier in the background for automation and it's definitely saving time and it's just great! Highly recommended, especially with other integrations. Besides the app working well, the customer service has been exemplary! >> 2018 >> Takes a while to master all of the features, however, this system is amazing and don't plan on ever leaving it. So far it meets expectations and we are only using about 30 percent of the features.
